Foodie: PIG

Are you pregnant and unable to satisfy the insatiable craving? Does Beef brisket and peanutbutter/chocolate cake seem good?  Are you middle-aged man who wants bourbon at lunch in a jar? PIG is for you.

I don’t eat pork or poultry, too many antibiotics and too much environmental devastation has turned me off but, beef is still on the menu, especially local beef. I also don’t even crave it or really love it. So when our tray showed up with a pile of meat of wax paper I was skeptical to say the least. It was delicious.

Honestly, it was so hard to choose what the Foodie should be this week. I have been cooking up a storm with friends and while traveling to Seattle and Victoria there was soooooooo much amazing food consumed.
