Foodie: Thai night cooking


My friend Nikki and I have decided to cook once a week together. This week was Thai night. We got a cookbook from the library went to the food co-op and made a long long night of it. We made Crispy Rice Noodles and Little Gold Purses. There was a lot of sunflower oil involved. I got to use my new bright red electric wok. Those two things alone ought to make you go cook something and share it with a friend. Go. Go. Oh, and that white bowl Nik is eating out of is one of a set I made a long long time ago. Dots and lines  have passed the test of time.
