Foodie: Pirogies

I was in Castlegar the other day to do some errands and had hopes of borscht and Pirogies from Weezies Borcht Hut throughout the whole adventure and near the end some how it got over looked. Half way home the conversation of how long is takes to make a good traditional pirogi came up. I said an hour. My mom argued that she could make them in 20 minuets!!!! Twenty minuets!!! I of course refuted such an accusation and well, one thing led to another… When we got home we had a pirogi cook off to settle the score! She lost. But, we all really won because we got our pirogis after all…

For the Foodies: Show recipe I’ve cooked in the week and the picture of person enjoying it with beautiful ceramic ware(s).
